What to know about Covid-19 and your moving experience with NL:

As always, NL Moving is committed to extending the White Glove treatment to our customers. Protecting the well-being of our employees, customers, and community is our top priority by preventing the spread of Covid-19. We understand that this situation is not easy on anyone; however, given the movement of the real estate market, we want to assure our customers and community that we remain committed to fulfilling our promise of serving you during these unforeseen times.


What customers can expect from NL Moving:

  • Limited face-to-face interaction, as we offer online and/or phone support for:
    • Quotes
    • Booking
  • You do not have to be present during your move
  • Customers can communicate by text/phone
  • Customers can label items prior to our arrival
  • We will continue protecting your belonging and furniture with the utmost care we are known for


Our Staff:

  • Staff are healthy and do not work if sick
  • Staff have been trained in proper behavior in these times:
    • No hand shaking
    • No face-touching
    • Cough or sneeze into elbow or tissue
    • Frequent hand-washing or hand sanitizer when water not available
    • Practice social distancing as much as possible
    • Clean work environments with disinfectants before and after every job
  • Trucks cleaned and sanitized after every move to deter spread of infection
  • Trucks and employees equipped with hand sanitizer
  • Employees provided with gloves to handle your belongings
